The cinematography and lighting complement the maturity and skill of the script, while the acting of Kyle Holland ’18 and Vivienne Webster ’18 add yet another dimension of realism to this thriller. World War II veterans from Lower Canada College recount the harrowing effects of war and the sacrifices of Canadian heroes who volunteered to defend freedom. This report was produced by LCC journalism students on Remembrance Day in 2001 and was recently remastered so that we may remember and honour our veterans.

As part of the technical training unit in Lower Canada College's 'Short Film Production' class, students must produce a stop motion film using SLR cameras. Using Nikon SLRs, students are introduced to concepts in framing, shutter speeds, ISO levels, aperture settings, and more.
